This is a precision micro stepper motor with a screw pitch of M3P0.5mm on the output shaft, which is rotated into thrust through the screw and its support.
The basic step angle of the motor is 18 degrees, and the motor runs 20 steps per week, so the displacement resolution can reach 0.02mm, achieving precise control.
The thrust of a 20mm diameter motor is approximately 10N, which depends on the customer's driving frequency and can be tested on actual samples
The motor is equipped with a plastic slider for easy connection with customer parts, saving costs. The effective stroke of the screw is 63mm, and it can also be customized according to the actual needs of the customer
The actuator adopts a segmented driving method to meet the requirements.
Due to its excellent characteristics such as small size, high precision, and easy control, this miniature stepper motor is widely used in fields such as cameras, optical instruments, lenses, precision medical equipment, and automatic door locks.
The input part of the motor adopts FPC, but it can be replaced with connection pins, PCB and other forms according to customer needs.
The installation bracket can be replaced according to customer requirements.
